OastlerIMAGES is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind we also do not provide a refund for studio or wedding deposits as those funds are used to hold the day for you.

If you request a refund, it will be credited to the credit card or account currently used for your transaction. If you request a replacement, we will arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.

How do I send back returned items?
Return the products back to OastlerIMAGES. Depending upon what you are returning, we let you know whether to send the merchandise back by post or hand delivery.
How soon should I expect to see a credit from OastlerIMAGES?
After you have completed the return form please allow 2-3 business days for customer service to contact you. Once a refund has been credited to your account we will send you an email notification. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email message for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Can I cancel an order I have placed but have not received?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust any online orders. If you believe that you have placed an order in error, please email or contact us through the OastlerIMAGES contact page.
